Fred Benardella,
Realtor

After completing my
business degree at the
University of Wisconsin,
I moved to Chicago to
begin my professional
life as a systems
analyst for Kraft Foods.
As a new associate, I
was named to the
Information Systems
Leadership Committee.
I was enjoying my urban
lifestyle and decided to
give up the commute to
Kraft Headquarters.
I took a senior
consulting position with
Accenture, formerly
Arthur Anderson’s
consulting division that
went on to become the
largest consulting firm
in the world. My
final employment in
Chicago was as a project
manager with Urban
Retail Properties which
owns and manages a
portfolio of shopping,
government and mixed
used projects. In
my spare time, I
rehabbed an old two
story brownstone and
began to envision real
estate as a full-time
endeavor.
I moved to
Charlotte to pursue
sunny weather and a
real estate career.
I felt prepared by
my business
experience and love
of urban living to
be a savvy knowledge
source and
negotiator for
clients. Confident
through my
leadership roles in
the corporate world,
I was ready to offer
clients a high level
of service and
integrity. My
Townhome was a
perfect fit. I
joined the firm in
2004, making me one
of its most seasoned
agents.
I’ve been inside
nearly every townhome
and condominium complex
in Charlotte’s Uptown as
well as its Ring
Neighborhoods where I
sell almost an equal
number of single family
homes. It is
fascinating to watch
Charlotte grow. I
believe in smart, urban
development and know the
trends so I can assist
clients to buy in
appreciating areas and
help sellers maximize
value. |
